About The ArtistStarting out as a weaver and dollmaker in the 1980s, I have explored many paths along the way to my current engagement with mixed media. Some of my ventures have been in collage, felting, ceramics, book arts, photography, polymer clay, and cast paper. I have created and catalogued over 1,200 painted, sculpted, and embellished chicken eggs. I have clad river rocks in polymer clay veneers, and exhibited them in outdoor settings. Flowstones, my book about my artistic process and philosophy, was published by W. W. Norton & Co. in 2018.
